Jason SennJason started Crossfit back in 2012 after years of playing competitive sports. He was looking for a way to get back in shape and lose a few pounds but also found a passion for working out that is now pouring over into being a coach and in training others. You may have seen Jason coaching baseball in the summer or basketball in the winter a decade plus now. He now has directed that passion and love of helping kids get better and reach their goals into coaching classes for kids and teens. Jason coaches Regular/Lite classes and loves supporting our community by volunteering to organize "throwdown nights" for several Seymour Owls boys sports teams.

Chris Hall
Chris reluctantly started crossfit back in 2016 as a dare from his girlfriend at the time. It only took one class for him to be hooked. If he could pick, he would spend all of his time lifting weights instead of cardi-NO. Chris is our early morning combined class coach and our self proclaimed gym handy man. He completed his CF-L1 in 2020 and has a fire for coaching anything that involves lifting a barbell. His favorite lift is the snatch, and he is currently chasing after the elusive Ring Muscle Up.

Nathan Chandler
Nate discovered Crossfit after seeing The Crossfit Games broadcasted on television during his senior year of college. After completing his college baseball career, he began training in Crossfit in hopes of filling the competitive void left by college athletics. A 2018 Instagram post from a competitive athlete (Stacie Tovar) is what motivated Nate to persue coaching. In the post, Stacy was working with an adaptive athlete towards their goal of walking again. Seeing that Crossfit has the ability to affect someone's life to that extent drove him to take the first steps towards becoming a coach. He recieved his CF-L1 in October of 2020.
