Fundamentals is a month long introductory course for the beginner that will expose you to the nine basic movements of Crossfit, explain the why, and get you comfortable and confident before heading into our Regular Class. These classes are slower paced and scheduled on an "as needed," basis. After completion of the program, you and a Coach will evaluate your progress and together, decide which of our memberships is right for you. We require you to commit to one month of Regular Class after your fundamentals course.

2 times/week for one month = $85
3 times/week for three weeks= $100
