Fundamentals is a month long introductory course for the beginner that will expose you to the nine basic movements of Crossfit, explain the why, and get you comfortable and confident before heading into a group class. These classes are slower paced and scheduled on an "as needed," basis. After completion of the program, you and a Coach will evaluate your progress and together, decide which of our classes is right for you.
Two course options to meet your fitness needs:
