Our Barbell Class has a focus on the Olympic lifts the Snatch and Clean and Jerk. This class will emphasize working on proper technique for these lifts and accessory work to aide in performance and minimize injury. If you are strictly wanting to be an Olympic lifter, become more efficient for WOD's, or do sport specific training, this class is for you.
